BFR — Waterproofing & Masonry is a family-owned foundation waterproofing and masonry contractor serving Toronto and the GTA since 1967. We are WSIB-compliant, licensed and insured, and every job is completed by our own crew — no subcontracting.

We collect information you provide directly through our contact form or free estimate wizard:

- Property address and area of the GTA you're located in
- The service you're interested in and details about the problem (e.g. foundation type, comments)
- Photos you choose to upload as part of an estimate request
Standard server and hosting logs may capture IP address and browser data as part of normal web operations, and we use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use our site.

4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services in operating this website. Each processes data on our behalf:
- Resend — delivers the email notification generated when you submit our contact form or estimate wizard. Data is processed under standard contractual clauses.
- Vercel — hosts this website and serves its pages. Standard server logs are retained per Vercel's privacy policy.
- Google Analytics (GA4) — anonymized visitor analytics to help us understand site usage.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.
5. Data Retention
We retain contact and estimate form submissions for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and, where a job is completed, for the length of your warranty plus a reasonable period afterward to support any warranty claim. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at collen@bfr.ca.

Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request corrections to any inaccurate information

7. Cookies & Analytics
This website uses essential cookies required for site function, along with Google Analytics to understand visitor traffic. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser settings; doing so will not prevent you from using the website.

All pages on this website are served over HTTPS. We do not collect or store payment card information through this website. While we take reasonable technical precautions, no transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
