Overview
Aqua-Bloc 720-38 is a one-component, elastomeric emulsion asphalt membrane. Applied as a single or reinforced coat, it cures to provide a heavy-duty, seamless, rubber-like impervious shield across the treated surface. Because it's a single-component product, it can be trowel- or spray-applied directly by our crew without complex mixing on site.
The membrane stays flexible across a wide temperature range, so it continues to move with the structure rather than cracking, and it bridges hairline cracks in the substrate it's applied over. It adheres to concrete, stone, wood, and even damp or green concrete, which makes it well suited to foundation walls, ICF, footings, split-slab floors, and retaining walls.
